1. Site assessment and feasibility study

Our team will prepare an in-depth site assessment including site visits, photography and research of land and lot pricing in the immediate area. The review and analysis of land planning and site visits provide the background for a comprehensive feasibility analysis. BAM understands that knowledge is power. You need to know, not guess. Properly executed, a feasibility study will provide accurate and realistic information for land acquisition and budgeting purposes.

2. Market research and competitive analysis

Through our in-house team research and access to statistical resources like RealNet, we identify the competitive window in the marketplace and outline advantages and disadvantages of key competitors. Management of focus groups and interviews enable us to isolate marketing niches, determine the real needs and desires of buyers and create prospect mailing lists for ongoing contact

3. Marketing strategy and budgets

In preparing marketing strategies, budgets and time lines, BAM draws on over 45 years of experience and success. We oversee all aspects of the marketing program including design and construction of the sales centre, comprehensive advertising and public relations campaigns, and event marketing. We also manage the development of the project identity, printed materials, direct mail, marketing promotions, as well as the web site and e-marketing to ensure they not only speak to the target market, but are a true reflection of the community and product positioning of the project.

4. Product Design

Our management team works with the architect and developer to help design the community street patterns, lot sizes, zoning and phasing. These design criteria are based on focus groups, market research, past product sales, emerging trends and the many years of new home marketing experience the BAM team brings to each project.

5. Community positioning strategy

To effectively market new homes you must grasp the vision for the entire community. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts only if all the parts form a cohesive and controlled community positioning strategy. By thinking of the community as an asset to the sale of each home you will maximize sales potential and increase the overall value of the community brand. A community approach to building value over time delivers long-term rewards and increased revenues for the project.

6. Ongoing project management

We have extensive experience as project managers and specialize in providing project/site administration on a continuous basis. A key element of BAM’s project management is the implementation and creation of reporting and tracking systems, and prospect/buyer database maintenance. From initial contact through final closing, BAM recommends and manages the preparation of weekly marketing meetings, agendas and minutes as well as continuous monitoring of the sales centre, competition, media, and advertising and promotional budgets.
