Eblast: Like an email, except we send ours to hundreds and sometimes thousands of recipients at one time. BAM has the tools to manage databases and send effective eblasts, from initial strategy and design down to the most effectual subject lines, smooth deployment and separation of a database into batches or tiers, and follow-up analytics.
e-Marketing: Internet marketing. No matter your target market, odds are they're online in some capacity. We build custom solutions for your consumers' needs, from design and development to execution and analysis. Custom-built websites, SEO, SEM, SMO, eblasts, banner ads… if it's online and involves marketing, we're your go-to people.
SEM: Search Engine Marketing. SEM seeks to promote a website by increasing its visibility on search engine result pages. SEM is a broad umbrella term that includes SEO as well as paid ads – for example those highlighted Google Ads that you see on top of your other search results. SEM takes our clients' website to the top of the search results in a day, while SEO is the slow-cooker, organic approach.

SEO: Search Engine Optimization. This is the way we get our clients' websites to be more visible on search engine (like Google) result pages. A combination of web content, HTML, coding, links, and fancy search engine algorithms, SEO is best left to our online wizards.
SMO: Social Media Optimization. This is when we use social media to draw new visitors to our clients' websites. We promote our clients' activities through social media sites (such as blogs or community Facebook pages), and we also give potential customers opportunities to interact with our websites, for example through "Share" buttons, user rating and polling tools, and RSS feeds. SMO helps us to build our brand, improve our relationship with the consumer, and raise awareness of what we're doing through the new "word-of-mouth."
Social media: Web-based media that are used for social interaction, and which allow the creation and exchange of user-generated content. Also known as CGM, or Consumer-Generated Media. Interactive, easily accessible, and with real-time updates. Social media range from blogs to microblogs (like Twitter) to community forums to social networking sites (like Facebook). |
